Job summary

Premier Resources Group (PRG) is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to support wastewater and civil infrastructure projects from the Gainesville, GA office. This full-time, direct-hire role provides technical direction for wastewater projects and involvement across planning, design, construction, and maintenance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• 10–15 years of professional Civil Engineering experience.
• Strong background in wastewater treatment plants and infrastructure.
• Experience planning and designing civil infrastructure projects.
• Experience reviewing plans, specifications, proposals, and designs.
• Ability to evaluate complex technical information and develop solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering direction for wastewater and civil infrastructure projects.
• Plan and design water and wastewater treatment systems and supporting infrastructure.
• Review proposals and designs related to water and wastewater systems.
• Develop conceptual layouts and project cost studies.
• Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and construction instructions.
• Evaluate technical data to support project designs and plans.
• Perform engineering analysis to identify practical solutions.
• Support design and engineering activities for civil infrastructure as needed.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to manage scope, schedule, and budget.
• Conduct periodic construction site visits to verify field conditions.
