Job summary

ISG in Sioux Falls, SD seeks a Water/Wastewater Designer to model and document water and wastewater systems. You will collaborate with senior engineers on projects, using AutoCAD Plant 3D and Navisworks to deliver detailed drawings, P&IDs and 3D visualizations.

You will participate in field observations, ensure design compliance, and contribute to team-driven, sustainable solutions for nationwide clients. Join a people-first employee-owned firm with strong growth and support.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in drafting/design.
• Proficiency with Autodesk AutoCAD Plant 3D and Navisworks preferred.
• Knowledge of P&IDs and process diagrams beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Develop project documentation using AutoCAD Plant 3D (piping, equipment layouts, PFDs, P&IDs).
• Create 3D models of assemblies for design visualization.
• Generate reports from P&IDs and 3D models using Plant 3D Report Creator.
• Conduct 3D model reviews and clash detection with Navisworks Manage.
• Perform field observations to ensure design compliance.
• Collaborate with engineers to deliver high-quality project deliverables.
• Partner with ISG disciplines for sustainable design solutions.
