Qualifications

B.S. in Civil Engineering required.
Ability to lead project design and manage tasks.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Team-oriented with contractors and engineers.

Responsibilities

Assist in planning and design of municipal water and sewer systems.
Prepare plans, specs, estimates, and technical reports for infrastructure projects.
Design underground improvements using trenchless tech (HDPE, HDD, lining).
Support CIP development and budgeting; evaluate projects.
Perform hydraulic analyses and water distribution modeling.
Conduct field surveys and condition assessments to support design.
Prepare permit applications and coordinate with regulatory agencies.
Assist with rate studies, funding applications, GIS mapping, and large multidisciplinary projects.
