Qualifications

• B.S. in Civil Engineering required.
• Ability to lead project design and manage tasks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Team-oriented with contractors and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and design of municipal water and sewer systems.
• Prepare plans, specs, estimates, and technical reports for infrastructure projects.
• Design underground improvements using trenchless tech (HDPE, HDD, lining).
• Support CIP development and budgeting; evaluate projects.
• Perform hydraulic analyses and water distribution modeling.
• Conduct field surveys and condition assessments to support design.
• Prepare permit applications and coordinate with regulatory agencies.
• Assist with rate studies, funding applications, GIS mapping, and large multidisciplinary projects.
