Job summary

Carollo Engineers, Inc. is a leading water-focused engineering firm seeking a finance/analytical professional. You will support project managers, build Excel models to analyze utility finances, and validate large data sets across sources.

You will produce technical analyses and assist with proposals and client presentations, contributing to robust water sector projects while traveling up to 30%. Bachelor’s degree and 2–5 years of experience are expected; Master’s preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; 2–5 years of financial analysis experience in corporate or government utilities
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Strong analytics experience or formal education in analyzing large datasets and summarizing results
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Creative, curious, and collaborative; able to work in a small, distributed team
• Willing and able to travel overnight up to 30%

Responsibilities

• Support project managers in developing and executing project deliverables
• Develop Excel-based financial models to analyze utility financial plans and design rates
• Research, analyze, and validate large datasets from multiple sources
• Produce concise, transparent technical work products
• Assist with proposals, presentations, and reports
• Interact professionally with clients and colleagues
