Job summary

Aqua, an Essential Utilities company, is seeking a Field Service Representative in the Massillon, OH area to support the Customer Service Department. You will interact with customers, address meter and water service questions, and assist Distribution Technicians in field operations.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and willingness to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and emergencies.

• Available for emergency work after regular hours, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Review schedules and complete daily customer service orders using Service Link and SAP Fiori.
• Maintain meters, meter vaults and electronic read devices; respond to inquiries.
• Meet with customers to resolve billing and service inquiries; refer to supervisors as needed.
• Assist Distribution Technicians with operation and maintenance of the distribution system.
• Respond to after-hours calls and overtime as required.
