Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating partnerships between utilities, apprenticeship sponsors, and training providers.
• Ability to define trainee cohorts, supervisors/mentors, and job-placement pathways into water/wastewater roles.
• Experience sharing non-proprietary program design inputs: hours, credentials, safety and onboarding, success metrics.
• Ability to coordinate letters of support or MOU language for joint workforce proposals.
• Willingness to advise on evaluation metrics for completion, placement, and retention.

Responsibilities

• Represent a utility, apprenticeship sponsor, labor partner, or training provider for co-delivery of water-trades pathways.
• Help define trainee cohorts, supervisors or mentors, and job-placement pathways into water and wastewater roles.
• Share non-proprietary program design inputs: hours, credentials, safety and onboarding, and success metrics.
• Coordinate letters of support or MOU language for joint workforce proposals when mutually agreed.
• Optionally advise on evaluation metrics for completion, placement, and retention.
