Workforce Intelligence Lab is seeking regional conveners and employer partners to coordinate multi-stakeholder efforts across the United States in the water sector. You will map regional hiring demand and training gaps for water occupations, and help establish shared metrics across partner organizations.
This role supports grant-funded initiatives with remote-first engagement and travel to partner and field sites as required.
WIL is assembling regional collaborations that connect utilities, employers, workforce boards, labor, and training providers to address water-sector recruitment, retention, and retirement-driven vacancies. This seat is a collaboration and affiliate track. Engagement is scoped by project. Full-time employment or a project-based contract may be used when a joint award calls for it.
