Overview

We currently have an opening for a Water Truck Driver. This is a skilled position involving the safe and efficient operation of Water Trucks. Drivers are responsible for dust control, grade work, and soil conditioning for compaction on road work crews and utility crews. This is a great opportunity for entry level operators to get an understanding of the layout of a construction site.

• Must partner with crew members to make water available on jobsites for refilling equipment as instructed by foreperson
• Driver will use sprinkling attachment to spray water on roadways in order to control dust
• Properly follow all company policies and OSHA regulations for safe working procedures and environment
• Perform daily pre-shift inspection followed with submission of a report for any repairs needed DVR
• Inspection of equipment and safety items required at the end of each shift DVR

Qualifications

• Ability to Drive a Manual Transmission
• Clean MVR
• Previous Construction Industry experience helpful
• Recession Resistant Industry
• Consistent work, with a work/life balance
• Employees age 18 and over that have been an employee for at least six months are eligible to enroll in the 401(k) plan.
