Job summary

Kimble Company is seeking a Water Truck Driver to transport and deliver water to construction sites and oil locations, spraying roadways with a sprinkling attachment to control dust while following OSHA and DOT rules.

Responsibilities include loading, unloading, performing pre- and post-trip inspections, maintaining routes and logs, and attending safety meetings. A valid Class A CDL, ability to operate a manual transmission, and at least 2 years water truck experience are required.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL driver's license.
• Ability to operate truck with a manual transmission.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Minimum of 2 years water truck driving experience.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen, background and motor vehicle records check.
• Ability to perform physical requirements of the position.

Responsibilities

• Filling the truck with water from supplies.
• Load and unload water at local facilities.
• Spray roadways to control dust as necessary.
• Operate company vehicles safely in accordance with OSHA/DOT and Kimble policies.
• Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report issues.
• Maneuver vehicle in residential and commercial areas with care.
• Notify Supervisor of accidents or property damage promptly.
• Maintain route sheets and driver logs.
• Attend scheduled safety meetings and trainings.
