Job summary

Hawkins, Inc. in Theodore, AL is seeking a Warehouse & Delivery Associate to join our Water Treatment team. This role maintains the branch warehouse, supports Technical Route Sales Representatives, and may perform deliveries as needed.

We provide paid on-the-job training and a schedule of 6:30am to 3:00pm with potential overtime. Candidates should have a high school diploma, forklift experience, and the ability to obtain a Class B CDL with hazmat, tanker and airbrakes endorsements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to operate forklift.
• Ability to obtain a Class B CDL with hazmat, tanker and airbrakes endorsements (training provided).
• Proficiency with email and data entry for inventory using JDE system.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse duties including pick, pack, prepare and ship orders per DOT requirements.
• Load and unload product by truck; inspect and fill chemical containers.
• Perform inspections and maintenance tasks as needed.
• Maintain inventory counts and resolve discrepancies.
• Provide back-up support to the sales team including deliveries and customer service.
• Follow safety procedures and operate equipment (forklift, pallet jack) per regulations.
