Job summary

Hawkins, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Warehouse & Delivery Associate to support the Water Treatment branch. You will maintain the warehouse, assist Technical Route Sales Representatives, and may perform deliveries to customers.

Many aspects of this job are learned through paid on-the-job training. The role runs 6:30am-3:00pm with a comprehensive benefits package and an opportunity for career growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to operate industrial forklift; prior experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain Class B CDL with hazmat, tanker and airbrakes endorsements (training provided).
• Basic computer skills and data entry for inventory using JDE.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse duties: pick, pack, prepare and ship orders per DOT requirements.
• Load and unload product by truck; inspect and fill chemical containers.
• Perform inspections and maintenance tasks as needed.
• Conduct inventory counts and resolve discrepancies.
• Back-up support to sales team, including driving a truck and delivering product.
• Follow safety procedures and operate equipment; comply with regulations.
