Job summary

Clear Water Concepts in Tucson, AZ is hiring an experienced water treatment technician to install, repair, and maintain residential water softeners and RO systems. You will diagnose issues in the field and deliver clear, friendly service to clients while supporting teammates in a collaborative environment.

We offer a 50k–65k starting salary with commission and bonuses, a newer service truck to take home daily, health stipend, retirement plan, PTO, and a weekday schedule (Mon–Fri, 8 hours).

Qualifications

• Requires 2+ years installation experience.
• Requires 2+ years plumbing experience.
• Knowledge of water softeners and RO systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and soldering skills.
• Clean driving record and reliable teammate.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain residential water softeners and RO systems.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose system issues in the field.
• Provide clear, courteous service to clients.
• Support fellow technicians and work as a team.
