Job summary

Dal-Tile LLC is seeking a Manufacturing Water Quality Technician to monitor and maintain water treatment systems at our Tennessee facility. You will perform routine quality tests, adjust chemical dosing, and ensure compliance with plant standards while maintaining detailed documentation and equipment records.

Ideal candidates will have experience with water quality testing, safety procedures, and the ability to work with shift leaders to support production needs.

Qualifications

• Experience with water quality testing and reporting
• Familiarity with safety procedures and compliance
• Ability to maintain records and prepare reports

Responsibilities

• Perform routine water quality testing to ensure plant standards are met
• Monitor and adjust chemical amounts to ensure proper use
• Operate a forklift to move and replace chemical containers
• Maintain and repair water treatment equipment and distribution systems
• Prepare detailed reports and maintain water quality data records
• Ensure a clean and safe work environment across shifts
• Communicate with management about water treatment conditions
• Develop plans and SOPs to prevent deficiencies
