WATER TREATMENT TECHNICIAN

LOCATION: LAMONT, CA

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Residency in Kern County; willingness to work in Coachella during winter harvest season (housing provided). No PTO during this period; excessive unexcused absences may lead to reassignment or transfer.
• Ability to work overtime and various shifts as needed
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Valid driver’s license with a clean DMV record
• Successful completion of pre-employment drug/alcohol screening, physical, and functional capacity evaluation

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with farming and irrigation
• Experience in critical thinking, scientific methods, and inspection activities

Benefits

Total Rewards: $20.00 - $23.00 / hour
