Carroll Water Systems, Inc. is seeking a Water Treatment Technician to install, service, and maintain residential and commercial water treatment systems in Chantilly, Virginia.

This hands-on role keeps you active, solving problems and helping customers in a team-focused environment. You will install and service water softeners, RO systems, and filtration equipment; explain findings to customers; document work; and assist with training apprentices.

Qualifikationen

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical or plumbing systems.
• Experience in water treatment, plumbing, or a related field preferred.
• Ability to safely operate tools and equipment.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company driving and insurance requirements.
• Willingness to participate in weekend or on-call rotations as needed.
• Ability to travel to job sites throughout the service area.

Carroll Water is a family-owned company with over 40 years of experience providing water well and water treatment solutions. We are seeking a Water Treatment Technician to install, service, and maintain residential and commercial water treatment systems.

Physical Requirements And Work Environment

This field-based position involves working at residential and commercial properties in varying weather and environmental conditions. Essential duties require the ability to:

• Lift, carry, and move tools and equipment weighing up to approximately 50 pounds.
• Stand, walk, bend, and kneel for extended periods.
• Use hands and arms to install equipment, make repairs, and operate tools.
• Work in confined spaces and varying job-site conditions.
