Water Treatment Apprentice

Carroll Water is a family‑owned company with over 40 years of experience providing water well and water treatment solutions. We are seeking a motivated, dependable Water Treatment Apprentice to join our growing team.

Work alongside experienced technicians while learning to install, service, and maintain residential and commercial water treatment systems. We provide paid training and opportunities to advance into a Water Treatment Specialist or Technician role.

What You’ll Do

• Assist technicians with installing, servicing, and maintaining water treatment equipment.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment

This position involves active, hands‑on work at residential and commercial properties. Essential duties require the ability to:

• Regularly lift and carry tools, equipment, and materials weighing 50 pounds or more.
• Bend, kneel, climb, crouch, and stand for extended periods.
• Safely move equipment into and out of customer homes and job sites.
• Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather and environmental conditions.
