Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a hands-on Product Manager for Water Quality Treatment Solutions in Columbus, OH. This onsite role centers on growth, product development, and commercialization of engineered water treatment products, collaborating with sales and field teams to expand market share.

The role requires a strong track record in product management of physical products, with a focus on stormwater, wastewater, or civil infrastructure, and a Bachelor’s degree (Engineering preferred).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (Engineering preferred).
• 5+ years in Product Management or related roles.
• Experience with physical/engineered products.
• Background in stormwater, wastewater, water treatment, civil infrastructure, underground utilities, construction products, or related industries.
• Proven success launching and commercializing new products.
• Strong customer-facing and cross‑functional leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy, development, and commercialization initiatives.
• Identify market opportunities, customer needs, and regulatory requirements.
• Partner closely with Sales Engineers and field teams to grow market share.
• Drive Voice of Customer (VOC), competitive intelligence, and market research efforts.
• Develop business cases and support new product launches.
• Create sales tools, product positioning, and marketing campaigns.
• Support major customer opportunities, municipalities, DOTs, engineers, and contractors.
• Manage pricing, margins, profitability, and product performance.
