Culligan By WaterCo is seeking a dependable service role based in Windsor, CT. You will operate a company vehicle, perform diagnostics and installations on water treatment equipment, and communicate with customers to resolve issues.

The position requires a valid driver's license, at least 1 year of plumbing experience, and a DOT-compliant safety mindset. Role includes weekend work and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year plumbing experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Familiarity with the Windsor, CT area.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• DOT physical, drug screen and background check per laws.

Responsibilities

• Operate a company vehicle safely in compliance with DOT laws.
• Follow safety procedures and complete daily service orders.
• Diagnose, install or remove residential/commercial water treatment equipment; troubleshoot issues.
• Communicate equipment status and solutions to customers.
• Ensure timely payment collection after service and assist with past due receivables.
