Culligan Water is seeking a Route Driver to join our team. You will deliver water treatment products along a set route, handle invoicing and collections, and provide service that exceeds customer expectations.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, a valid Class E license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and comfort using a mobile device or tablet. Competitive hourly pay and advancement opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of route experience preferred.
• Valid Class E driver’s license.
• Ability to use a mobile device or tablet.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Excellent communication with customers and teammates.
• Able to regularly lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver water treatment products to homes and businesses in an efficient and timely manner.
• Prepare, process, and execute delivery orders and collect payments.
• Handle customer issues courteously and promptly while maintaining a customer-focused service.
• Follow all safety protocols and company regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness of company vehicles and equipment.
• End-of-route supervisor check-ins, with daily recaps.
