Qualifications

• Graduation from high school or equivalent.

• Willingness to obtain Class C Water License within 18 months.

Responsibilities

• Responds to emergencies to protect public health and safety.
• Prepares and maintains operations and maintenance records.
• Collects and analyzes water operation data for adjustments.
• Inspects facility equipment to ensure proper operation.
• Assists licensed staff in adjusting controls per instructions.
• Performs plant maintenance and supports equipment upkeep.
• Maintains knowledge of Florida Administrative Code and regulatory requirements.
• Communicates with customers and staff to provide information and resolve issues.
