• Respond to and resolve customer complaints.
• Read prints, prepare reports/specifications, and participate in annual budgets.
• Schedule and supervise repair and maintenance of equipment and facilities.
• Supervise contract labor in repair and maintenance tasks.
• Train operations and subordinate employees on equipment and safety practices.
