The position requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 6–9 years in water treatment, and 2–3 years of supervisory experience. The incumbent will manage budgets, prepare reports, and coordinate training and staffing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a related field, and 6 - 9 years of experience in water treatment operations and 2 -3 years of supervisory or lead experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsabilités

• Supervise Treatment Plant Operators and ensure adherence to policies, safety measures, and procedures.
• Develop, monitor, and manage budgets and inventory for chemicals used in the plant.
• Prepare standard operating procedures, plant operating manual, and safety protocols.
• Produce monthly, weekly, and daily operating and pumpage reports for regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate training, staffing, and performance management for the department.
