Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or related field required.
• Minimum five years of water treatment management and supervision experience.
• Virginia Class I Waterworks license or ability to obtain within 12 months; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for multiple facilities and ensure reliable operations.
• Develop and manage divisional budget (~$22 million) and procurement.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Coordinate safety programs and security measures for facilities.
• Represent Utilities in meetings with wholesale customers.
• Drive continuous improvement and performance metrics across teams.
