Job summary

Veolia | North America is seeking an Operator to operate and maintain sludge and dewatering treatment equipment at its Richmond location. The role involves ensuring water purification meets customer specifications through effective use of various machines.

The ideal candidate will possess a High School Diploma or GED, have some related experience, and be willing to work on a 24-hour emergency rotational basis. A valid driver's license with a safe driving record is required.

Qualifications

• Some experience in a related position and environment preferred.
• Ability to serve rotational 24-hour emergency on-call if required by the site.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintains sludge, dewatering treatment, processing, disposal, and testing equipment.
• Consistently demonstrate the ability to learn and operate assigned machines.
• Work in a team environment and assume new responsibilities readily.
