Job summary

Paycom is seeking an experienced Water Treatment Operator to support the operation and maintenance of its water facilities in Casa Grande, AZ. The role involves assisting with production, treatment, storage and recharge operations, along with repairs to pumping equipment and adherence to ADEQ standards.

Applicants should hold a GED or high school diploma, AZ driver’s license, and ADEQ Grade 1 certifications for water distribution and treatment.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Valid Arizona driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
ADEQ Grade 1 Water Distribution Certification required.
ADEQ Grade 1 Water Treatment Certification required.

Responsibilities

Assist with daily operation and maintenance of production, treatment, storage and recharge facilities.
Assist with repairs related to pumping equipment, controls, and water treatment facilities.
Collect compliance and water samples for distribution and treatment facilities.
Maintain grounds at facilities to company standards.
Respond to water distribution, production, and treatment emergencies.
Perform other duties as assigned.
