Job summary

Hires Group is seeking a senior regional leader to guide water and wastewater projects from planning through delivery, ensuring technical excellence, safety, and client satisfaction on complex infrastructure programs.

You will mentor engineers and project managers, build durable relationships with municipal clients, and oversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling, regulatory compliance, risk management, and quality control across facilities, networks, pump stations, and regional planning

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• 12+ years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional water and wastewater team, overseeing complex infrastructure projects from initial planning through final delivery.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with municipal clients while serving as a trusted seller/doer who moves critical community projects forward.
• Lead, mentor, and develop engineers and project managers.
• Direct project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution to ensure technical excellence, regulatory compliance, and successful outcomes.
• Manage a diverse portfolio of water and wastewater work, including treatment facility design, distribution and collection systems, pump stations, lift stations, asset management, and regional planning.

The job:
