Job summary

Sorrel River Ranch seeks a Water Treatment Operator for Potable Water as Maintenance Supervisor. The role directs water quality, septic and irrigation management and overall maintenance for the ranch and hotel.

The candidate must have a LEVEL III Utah certification and at least five years of supervisory experience in a water utility, with strong leadership and regulatory compliance skills.

Qualifications

• Five years of supervisory experience in the administration of a water utility including water distribution, production, recharge systems, backflow, electrical, telemetry and/or conservation operations.
• Utah Water Distribution certification, or ability to obtain Utah certification within three months of hire. Level III certification required.
• Experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs in property management.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, administer, and evaluate water/maintenance projects; ensure daily service and regulatory filings are completed on time.
• Develop goals, policies, and priorities for assigned programs; implement procedures.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate staff; enforce discipline and manage performance.
