Job summary

Martin Companies is seeking a Water Conditioning Installer/Service Tech to install water treatment systems and service existing water systems for our customers in Pennsylvania. You will build relationships through clear explanations and dependable service, ensuring customers have safe, clean water.

We provide onsite training, a supportive team, and opportunities for overtime. A valid driver's license and safe driving habits are required, with a professional demeanor and strong communication

Responsibilities

• Install water treatment systems: install filters and equipment for safe water in customers’ homes.
• Explain system operation and maintenance requirements to customers.
• Replace filters, service equipment, and refill treatment products during routine service.
• Identify and resolve issues during installation and service appointments.
• Collaborate with customer service, sales, and other technicians.
• Follow safety protocols and wear protective gear while driving company vehicles.
