Wrench Group is seeking a skilled plumbing professional to install and service water heaters and related equipment in residential settings. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain water treatment systems, offering informed recommendations using Service Titan software.

Qualifications

• 2 years of plumbing experience servicing and installing water treatment equipment.
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift at least 100 pounds unaided.
• Ability to work outside in heat and cold; comfortable with ladders and high heights.

Responsibilities

• Install and service water heaters and tankless water heaters (residential).
• Maintain, diagnose, and repair residential and water treatment equipment.
• Prepare written recommendations and options for clients using our software (Service Titan).
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures.
• Generate appropriate customer invoices and process credit card transactions at the job site and electronically.

• Ability to work independently in a timely manner, ensuring the job is done correctly the first time
• Ability to lift, carry and maneuver a minimum of 100 pounds without additional manpower or appropriate device
• Work in the outside elements of heat and cold safely
• Must be able to work on ladders, roofs and medium to high heights
