Job summary

Coolray Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, Electrical is seeking a skilled plumbing technician to install and service residential water heaters, diagnose and repair water treatment equipment, and provide clear recommendations to clients using Service Titan. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and on-site invoicing and payment processing.

The candidate should have 2 years of plumbing experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to handle physical tasks including lifting up to 100 pounds

Qualifications

• 2 years of plumbing experience servicing and installing water treatment equipment.
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift, carry and maneuver a minimum of 100 pounds.
• Work in outside elements of heat and cold safely.
• Must be able to work on ladders, roofs and medium to high heights.

Responsibilities

• Install and service water heaters and tankless water heaters (residential).
• Maintain, diagnose, and repair of residential and water treatment equipment.
• Prepare written recommendations and options for clients using our software (Service Titan).
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures.
• Generate appropriate customer invoices and other paperwork at the job site and electronically process credit card transactions.
