Job summary

Veolia is seeking a Dispatchable Field Service Representative to deliver operations and maintenance support for water treatment systems across diverse industries. The role involves working on technologies such as media filtration, RO, IX, de-oxygenation, and ultrafiltration, with travel to client sites.

The ideal candidate will perform mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, create detailed service reports, manage parts inventory, and ensure safety and quality requirements are met.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or international equivalent with 2+ years of service/maintenance experience
• Current Driver's License required

Responsibilities

• Carry out mechanical, electrical and controls troubleshooting on equipment such as valves, air compressors, process pumps, instrumentation
• Create and maintain site paperwork; provide customers with detailed technical summaries of work performed
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and adequate supply of chemicals and replacement parts
• Monitor and maintain chemical injection systems
• Perform analytical testing (e.g., turbidity, hardness, chlorine, pH, CO2, O2, SDI) and other site-specific tests
• Enter and complete work orders in MaintainX
• Respond to customer callouts and support team during planned absences
• Other duties as assigned
