Job summary

Veolia Water Technologies in the United States is seeking a Dispatchable Field Service Representative to provide operations and maintenance on water treatment systems across industries, including media filtration, reverse osmosis, ion exchange, de-oxygenation, and ultrafiltration.

You will troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and controls issues, create detailed reports, manage parts inventory, and support on-site testing and customer communications, ensuring safety and compliance on every site

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 2+ years’ service/maintenance in industrial environment.
• Associates degree or technical certificate preferred in STEM or instrumentation/electrical/mechanical fields.
• Current driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and controls on valves, compressors, pumps, and instrumentation
• Document work and provide technical summaries to customers
• Manage spare parts inventory and chemicals supply
• Monitor and maintain chemical injection systems
• Perform site testing: turbidity, hardness, pH, chlorine, CO2, O2
• Enter and track work orders in MaintainX
• Respond to customer callouts and support absences
• Other duties as assigned

Education

High School Diploma / GED / Home School Certification OR international equivalent

Associates Degree in Science/Engineering (STEM) or technical certificate in Instrumentation, electrical, mechanical
