Job summary

Veolia Water Technologies is seeking a Dispatchable Field Service Representative to provide on‑site operations and maintenance for water treatment systems, including RO, IX, UF, and related processes. You will diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, optimize equipment performance, and deliver detailed site documentation.

The role requires measuring and maintaining chemical injection systems, coordinating with customer teams, and traveling up to 25% to support multiple sites.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 2+ years in service/maintenance in an industrial setting.
• Preferred STEM-related associate degree or technical certificate; TWIC card is a plus.
• Current Driver’s License required; ability to travel up to 25%

Responsibilities

• Carry out mechanical, electrical and controls troubleshooting on equipment.
• Create and maintain site paperwork with detailed technical summaries.
• Monitor and maintain chemical injection systems and spares inventory.
• Respond to customer callouts and support team coverage as needed.
