Job summary

Veolia Group is seeking a Dispatchable Field Service Representative to provide operations and maintenance expertise on water treatment systems for diverse industries. You will work with technologies including RO, IX, UF, and more, performing calibration, maintenance, and performance optimization.

The role requires independent work, strong mechanical skills, and the ability to train customers on system operation and maintenance. Travel within the region is expected; driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED / home schooling or international equivalent; 2+ years service/maintenance in industrial setting.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Carry out mechanical, electrical, and controls troubleshooting on equipment such as valves, air compressors, ejectors, pumps, blowers, instrumentation.
• Create and maintain site paperwork; provide customers with detailed technical summaries of work performed.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and chemicals; ensure adequate supply of parts.
• Monitor and maintain chemical injection systems.
• Perform analytical testing (turbidity, hardness, chlorine, pH, CO2, O2, SDI, TOC) and other site-specific tests.
• Review customer plant installations against WTS reference drawings (P&IDs, electrical schematics, GA, etc.).
• Other duties as assigned.
