Job summary

Veolia is seeking a Dispatchable Field Service Representative to deliver on-site operations and maintenance for water treatment systems across diverse industries. You’ll troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and controls across RO, IX, UF, and related technologies, while training customers on operation and maintenance.

Expect travel within the region, independent work capability, and collaboration with customer teams to ensure contract compliance and optimal equipment performance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or international equivalent; 2+ years' service/maintenance experience in an industrial environment.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Bachelor or Associate degree in Science/Engineering (STEM) or technical certificate is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carry out mechanical, electrical and controls troubleshooting on equipment like valves, air compressors, pumps, and instrumentation.
• Create and maintain site paperwork; provide customers with detailed technical summaries.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and chemicals; ensure availability for maintenance.
• Monitor and maintain chemical injection systems during field service tasks.
• Perform analytical testing (turbidity, hardness, pH, chlorine, CO2, O2, etc.) and record results.
• Review customer plant installations against reference drawings and update as needed.
