Job summary

Veolia Water Technologies is seeking a Dispatchable Field Service Representative to provide on-site operations and maintenance expertise for water treatment systems across diverse industries. You will work on technologies including RO, ion exchange, UF, and more, performing maintenance, calibration, and performance optimization.

The role requires travel within the region, strong mechanical skills, and a proactive customer-facing presence.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and remotely with project teams.
• Provide customers with informal training around operation and maintenance of their system.

Responsibilities

• Carry out mechanical, electrical and controls troubleshooting on equipment.
• Create and maintain site paperwork with detailed technical summaries.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and chemicals.
• Monitor and maintain chemical injection systems.
• Perform analytical testing (turbidity, hardness, pH, etc.).
• Review customer plant installations against reference drawings.
