Job summary

Culligan of Yarmouth, ME is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, service and repair residential water treatment equipment, including water softeners, drinking water systems and UV lights. This full-time role offers health benefits, extensive training, and opportunities for advancement.

You will diagnose problems, perform installations, maintain equipment and build lasting relationships with customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum two years of related technical experience.
• Excellent customer and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Valid driver's license and safe driving record.
• Self-motivated and detail oriented; able to multi-task and troubleshoot.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics to troubleshoot water problems and repair equipment.
• Install, upgrade and maintain water softener systems, drinking water systems, UV lights, filters and related equipment.
• Explain proper function of equipment to customers and build lasting relationships.
• Coordinate with sales and customer service to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Maintain inventory, company vehicles and tools; assist in product delivery/installation.
