Field Service Technician – Yarmouth, ME (Full-time)

Pay is negotiable based on experience. Comprehensive health benefits package, training on Culligan equipment and products, stability within a growing company, and use of equipment in your own home. Employee Boot Program offers hours toward Journeyman or Master Plumber license.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics and analysis to troubleshoot customers’ water problems and repair equipment in a timely and efficient manner.
• Install, upgrade, and maintain water softener systems, drinking water systems, UV light systems, filters, and related equipment.
• Help customers understand their water treatment equipment and its proper function.
• Build solid, long‑lasting relationships with customers.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service departments to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Maintain product inventory, company vehicles, tools, and equipment.
• Assist other departments and employees with delivery and installation of products and equipment.
• Follow all safety protocols and company regulations.
• Communicate positively with customers and maintain public relations for the company.

Qualifications & Requirements
