Job summary

Reclaim Water Services in Odessa, TX is hiring a reliable General Assembly Technician to support assembly and fabrication of water treatment systems in our production yard. You will work under the Production Manager assisting with equipment assembly, material handling, and basic mechanical tasks.

Responsibilities include assembling equipment and skids, yard labor, shelving tools, helping welders and electricians, moving materials with forklifts, loading from trucks, tracking parts, and following

Qualifications

• Previous experience assembling and fabricating mechanical equipment.
• Knowledge of metal fabrication, pipe and plumbing assembly.
• Yard/shop/oilfield experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work outdoors in all weather conditions, and perform physical tasks throughout the day.
• Forklift certification preferred or willing to train.
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and ability to follow instructions.
• Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
• Must pass a drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Assemble water treatment equipment, skids, and components.
• Perform general yard labor, including cleaning and organizing tools and maintaining a safe, clean work environment.
• Support welders and electricians with hands-on help as needed.
• Move and organize materials using forklifts or pallet jacks (training provided if needed).
• Load and unload parts, equipment, and supplies from trucks and trailers.
• Help track inventory, tag parts, and prepare items for transport to field locations.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE at all times.
• Perform basic maintenance on tools and equipment as directed.
