Franklin Water Treatment, a Division of Franklin Electric, is seeking an Assembly team member in Mesa, AZ to produce residential, commercial, and industrial water treatment systems. You will assemble parts per detailed instructions, operate a forklift safely, and help maintain quality and efficiency in manufacturing.

We value dependability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with forklift certification encouraged and safety awareness

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 0–3 years in a manufacturing-type position preferred.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Safety oriented and dependable.

Responsibilities

• Assemble water treatment equipment per detailed operating instructions.
• Safely operate a forklift and work at multiple stations.
• Report quality, process, equipment, or material issues to supervision.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work area.
