Franklin Water Treatment, a Division of Franklin Electric, is seeking a detail-oriented Assembly teammate in Churubusco, Indiana. You will assemble residential and commercial water treatment systems, following detailed instructions and safety procedures to ensure quality and on-time production.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED (preferred), 0–3 years in manufacturing, and forklift certification with relevant experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 0–3 years experience in manufacturing (preferred).
• Forklift certification with 1–3 years forklift experience (preferred).
• Punctual and dependable with strong attendance.

Responsibilities

• Assemble parts and equipment according to operating instructions.
• Safely operate a forklift and move materials.
• Report quality, process, equipment, or material issues to Production Supervisor.
• Adhere to Franklin Electric Quality standards and company policies.
