Job summary

Franklin Water Treatment in Mesa, AZ is seeking an Assembly associate to contribute to the production of residential and commercial water treatment systems. You will assemble parts according to detailed instructions and operate at multiple stations.

This role emphasizes precision, safety, and reliability; forklift operation may be required, and you will report issues to the Production Supervisor while adhering to company quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
• 0–3 years or more experience in a manufacturing-type position (preferred).
• Forklift Certification with 1–3 years or more of forklift experience (preferred).
• Punctual/dependable with great attendance.
• Safety oriented.

Responsibilities

• Assemble parts and equipment according to detailed operating instructions.
• Safely operate a forklift and work at multiple workstations to complete scheduled assemblies.
• Report quality, process, equipment, or material issues to the Production Supervisor.
• Ensure compliance with policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements per Franklin Electric Quality standards.
• Contribute to timely and accurate production for customers.

What you will be doing:

You will use available parts to assemble various water treatment equipment or kits according to detailed operating instructions, safely operate a forklift, work at various workstations to complete scheduled assemblies, report any quality, process, equipment, or material issues to the Production Supervisor, and ensuring compliance with policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements as per Franklin Electric Quality standards.

Physical demands for the job:
