Job summary

Carroll Water is seeking a Water Treatment Apprentice / Entry-Level Water Treatment Technician to join our family-owned team in Dover, Delaware. No prior water treatment experience is required—we provide hands-on training and a clear path to a skilled trade.

You will assist experienced technicians with installing, servicing, and maintaining residential and commercial systems, learn about water softeners, filtration, reverse osmosis, and safety practices while traveling to job sites.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

• Physically able to work in hands-on environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist experienced technicians with installation, service, troubleshooting, and maintenance of water treatment systems.
• Learn to work with water softeners, filtration, reverse osmosis, neutralizers, and related equipment.
• Assist with replacing filters and performing routine maintenance.
• Collect water samples and assist with basic water testing.
• Use hand and power tools safely and organize materials on job sites.
• Travel to customer homes and job sites within the service area.
