Job summary

Carroll Water in Maryland is seeking a Water Treatment Apprentice to join our growing team. No prior water treatment experience is required—we provide hands-on training and mentorship from seasoned technicians.

You will learn to install, service, and maintain residential and commercial water treatment systems while traveling to customer sites and working in a safe, team-oriented environment. This entry-level role offers growth into skilled-water treatment positions.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures.
• Ability to work in a physically active environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist technicians with installation, service, and maintenance of water treatment systems.
• Learn to work with water softeners, filtration, RO, neutralizers, and chemical treatment systems.
• Assist with routine maintenance, filter changes, and sampling.
• Travel to customer homes and job sites within service area.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site and vehicles.
• Interact with customers professionally and follow safety policies.
