Job summary

Select Water Solutions is seeking a Water Transfer Operator to join their field crew. The role involves setting up, operating, and tearing down water transfer equipment outdoors in all weather conditions.

Applicants should have at least one year of experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work in a team. Training for safety, DOT, and OSHA is provided.

Qualifications

• One year of experience and/or equivalent training.
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
• Detail oriented due to safety requirements.
• Excellent oral and written communications skills.
• Able to thrive in a team environment.
• Experience in energy industry a plus.
• Knowledge of safety policies and equipment operations.

Responsibilities

• Lay and pick up poly line, lay flat hose, run transfer pumps, and equipment.
• Load and unload pipe and equipment onto trailers and trucks.
• Observe machine operations and adjust controls to maintain specs.
• Set up and service pumps and generators at job sites.
• Follow safety procedures and use PPE as required.
• Assist in containment and spill cleanups.
