Select Water Solutions in Carlsbad, NM, seeks Water Transfer Operators to set up, operate, and rig down water transfer projects outdoors, often under challenging conditions.

Ideal candidates are detail‑oriented, safety‑minded, and able to work as part of a team, with at least one year of experience or equivalent training; DOT/OSHA training may be required. This role offers competitive wages and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• One year of experience and/or equivalent training.
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on safety.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Knowledge of relevant equipment, policies, and procedures.
• Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.

• Must complete required training for DOT, OSHA, and safety.
