Job summary

Select Water Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Water Transfer Operator to join our Water Transfer team. You will operate, set up, and rig down water transfer equipment outdoors on varied job sites, ensuring safe performance and adherence to procedures.

Candidates should have at least one year of experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work well in a crew. Training and safety programs are provided on site.

Qualifications

• One year of experience and/or equivalent training.
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
• Detail oriented due to safety.
• Excellent oral and written communications skills.
• Able to thrive in a team environment.
• Experience in energy industry a plus.
• Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Lay and pick up poly line, lay flat hose, run transfer pumps and related equipment.
• Load and unload pipe, field materials, and equipment onto trailers and trucks.
• Observe machine operations and gauges; adjust controls to maintain conditions.
• Set and service pumps and generators at job sites.
• Follow safety procedures and use proper PPE.
• Assist in containment and spill cleanups.
• Communicate with other workers via signals, radios, and phones.
• Use hand and power tools to perform tasks.
• Drive trucks and vehicles to transport equipment and people.
• Complete DOT, OSHA, and safety trainings as directed.
