Keystone Clearwater Solutions in Woodsfield, OH is seeking an Operations Supervisor for Water Transfer to lead field teams and oversee water transfer projects from start to finish.

You will ensure safe, efficient operations, manage schedules and budgets, coordinate with engineering, and serve as the on-site liaison with customers and stakeholders.

This role requires 12-hour shifts, day and night coverage, travel, and outdoor work in all weather conditions, with a $4,000 sign-on bonus opportunity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years water transfer experience.
• Certified Fusion Technician (1+ year).
• Prior team or project management experience.
• Strong communication and safety training.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day field operations and supervise personnel.
• Act as the client’s point of contact on-site.
• Ensure safe, efficient setup and operation of water transfer systems.
• Lead planning, budgeting, and scheduling of field resources.
• Coordinate with engineering for specs and job cost analysis.
• Review daily field tickets and project documentation.
• Enforce safety policies and train staff.
• Monitor pumps, valves, fusion machines, and related systems.
• Drive improvements and reduce costs.
