Job summary

Keystone Clearwater Solutions in Cadiz, OH, seeks an Operations Supervisor to oversee water transfer activities for a given operator or account. You will lead a team of Field Supervisors, Senior Water Transfer Technicians, and Technicians—ensuring projects run safely, on schedule, and within budget.

The role interfaces directly with customers and requires 12-hour shifts, on-site work, and travel as needed. A strong background in water transfer or mechanical systems is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of water transfer experience.
• Certified Fusion Technician (1+ year).
• Prior team or project management experience.
• Mechanical knowledge of pumps, valves, flow control.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day field operations and supervise personnel.
• Act as on-site client contact and Keystone leadership on-site.
• Ensure safe, efficient setup and operation of water transfer systems.
• Lead planning, budgeting, and scheduling of field resources.
• Coordinate with engineering for specs and job cost analysis.
• Review daily field tickets and project documentation.
• Enforce safety policies and train team members on procedures and equipment.
• Monitor performance of pumps, valves, fusion machines, and related systems.
• Drive operational improvements and reduce costs.
