Keystone Clearwater Solutions seeks a Field Supervisor – Water Transfer for our Cadiz, OH area. The role manages on-site water transfer operations, oversees pumps, meters and systems, and serves as the client contact to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency on each project.

We offer a $4,000 sign-on bonus paid in four quarterly installments. You will lead crews, train teammates, and ensure EH&S compliance while coordinating with the client and company leadership on job planning and execution.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising daily field operations.
• Ability to act as primary liaison between Keystone and the client.
• Knowledge of safety requirements and field EH&S standards.
• Experience evaluating job sites and assisting with cost planning.

Responsabilités

• Supervise daily field operations and delegate work assignments.
• Act as the primary liaison between Keystone and the client.
• Oversee setup, monitoring, and performance of pumps, meters, and water transfer systems.
• Train and ensure safety compliance of new team members.
• Evaluate job sites and assist with job specifications and cost planning.
• Maintain and submit accurate field tickets, timesheets, and equipment logs.
• Support EH&S compliance and overall job site organization.
• Ensure uptime, efficiency, and cost management on all projects.
• Schedule: 12-hour shifts | Days & Nights | Overtime & Weekend availability | Travel required.
